Group Training - Wednesday (12-14-16)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 5 Barbell Front Squat

4 x 7 Barbell Row

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Kettlebell Sumo RDL

3 x 10 Dumbbell Neutral Grip Bench Press 

3 x 30 sec Hollow Body Hold

 

Conditioning:  Start a new round every 3:00. Repeat for a total of five rounds.

12 Wall Ball

12 Medicine Ball Sit-ups (Touch wall)

30 sec Battle Ropes
