Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift

3 x max Hanging Knee Raises/V-Ups


Conditioning: Complete 1 full round. Then rest 1 minute. Complete a total of 3 times.

150m Sprint (D&B back parking lot)

10 Med Ball Sit-up

12 Ring/Inverted Row
