Group Training - Wednesday (12-28-16)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 4 Barbell Front Squat

4 x 6 Barbell Row

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 8 Barbell Sumo Romanian Deadlift

3 x 10 Pin Push-ups 

3 x 30-45 sec Weighted/Plank

 

Conditioning:  Add 2 reps to Slam Ball Slam and Jump Squat every round completed. Inverted Row stay constant (10 reps) throughout. Complete as many rounds as possible in 15:00.

2 Jump Squat

10 Inverted Row
