4 x 8 Conventional/Trap Bar Deadlift

4 x 8 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Front/Goblet Squat

3 x 12 Rack Chin

3 x max Reverse Crunches

 

Conditioning: 4 Rounds for time of: 

Down & Back - Bear Crawl 

15 Kettlebell Swing

12 Slam Ball Shoulder
