Strength: Rest 90 sec between rounds

4 x 8 Weighted/BW Bulgarian Split Squat

4 x 8 Band Paused Pull-up

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10-12 GHR Back Extension OR Reverse Hyper

3 x 12 Dumbbell 1 1/2 Rep Bench Press

3 x 30 sec Toe Touches

 

Conditioning: 4 Rounds for time of (if you stop, your 0:30 sec stops):

0:30 Bear Crawl

0:30 Mountain Climbers

0:30 Wall Sit
