4 x 7 Barbell Sumo Deadlift

4 x 7 Barbell Close Grip Bench Press

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 GHR OR Reverse Hyper

3 x 12 DB Single-Arm Row

3 x 20-30 sec Band Pallof Press

 

Conditioning:  6 Rounds for Time (15:00 time cap):

15 BW Squats

30 Sec Battle Ropes

150m Sprint
