Group Training - Monday (1-16-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Back Squat

4 x 6 Band Pull-up 

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Barbell Sumo Romanian Deadlift

3 x 10 Dumbbell Bench Press

3 x 20-40sec Plank/Single-leg Plank

 

Conditioning: Tabata 20/10 sec for 3 rounds at each station. Then take 30 sec to rotate stations. Then start with three rounds of tabata at that station. Continue until all stations have been completed in this fashion.

 

Mountain Climbers

Kettlebell Swing

Farmer Carry

Dumbbell Squat to Press

Sled Pull/Push
