Strength:

4 x 6 Conventional/Trap Bar Deadlift

4 x 6 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 1 1/2 Rep Goblet Squat

3 x 12 Paused Rack Chin/Pull-ups

3 x 8-10ea Shoulder Tap Plank 

 

Conditioning: Complete all reps (time cap 20:00):

30 Wall Ball

30 Ring Row

30 Slam Ball Shoulder

30 Push-ups

30 Kettlebell Swing

30 V-Ups

30 Walking Lunges
