Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Sumo Deadlift

4 x 6 Barbell Close Grip Bench Press

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 GHR OR Reverse Hyper

3 x 12 Single-Arm Landmine Row

3 x 20-40sec Side Plank

 

Conditioning: 6 Rounds for Time (15:00 time cap):

15 BW Squats

30 Sec Battle Ropes

150m Sprint (outside - down to end of parking lot and back - leave back door open)
