Group Training - Wednesday (1-25-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 5 Barbell Sumo Deadlift

4 x 5 Barbell Close Grip Bench Press

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10-12 GHR Back Extension 

3 x 12 Single-Arm Dumbbell Row

3 x D&B Suitcase Carry

 

Conditioning: Tabata 20/10 sec for 3 rounds at each station. Then take 30 sec to rotate stations. Then start with three rounds of tabata at that station. Continue until all stations have been completed in this fashion.

 

Mountain Climbers

Kettlebell Swing

Battle Ropes

Slam Ball Slam

Sled Pull/Push
