4 x 6 Weighted/BW Bulgarian Split Squat

4 x 6 Band Paused Pull-up


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 8 GHR or Reverse Hyper

3 x 8 Barbell Close Grip Bench Press

3 x max V-ups


Conditioning: Max rounds in 15 minutes of:

D&B Bear Crawl (or 0:45 elevated mountain climbers)

10ea Step-ups

10 Push-ups/Pin

100ft Farmer Carry
