Group Training - Thursday (1-26-17)

Strength:

4 x 5 Conventional/Trap Bar Deadlift

4 x 5 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Dumbbell Front Loaded Squat

3 x 12 Rack Chin (Chin-up grip)

3 x 30-45s Plank/Weighted 

 

Conditioning: Partner-up! EMOM for 12:00 - One person works for 30 sec, then partner works for 30 sec. First partner goes on next exercise as soon as the 0:30 is up.

Kettlebell Swing

Sled Pull/Push

Dumbbell Push Press
