Group Training - Monday (1-30-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 8 Conventional/Trap Bar Deadlift

4 x 8 Barbell Close Grip Bench Press 

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Dumbbell Front Loaded Squat

3 x 12 Ring Row 

3 x 20-30sec Side Plank

 

Conditioning: As many rounds in 15:00 as possible. Add 2 reps to Wall Ball and Kettlebell Swing every set completed. Keep Mountain Climbers reps constant throughout.
