Group Training - Tuesday (1-31-17)

Strength: 

4 x 8 Barbell Sumo Deadlift

4 x 8 Barbell Paused Bench Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Dumbbell (or KB) Front Loaded Squat

3 x 12 Dumbbell 3-Point Row

3 x 8-10ea Standing Band Anti-Rotation Chop

 

Conditioning: Tabata (20 sec on/10 sec off) for 3 rounds at each station. Then take 30 sec to switch stations. Repaeat until all stations have been completed.

Sled Pull/Push

Battle Ropes

Slam Ball Slam

BW Squat 

MB Sit-up w/ Wall Touch
