Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 8 Bulgarian Split Squats

4 x 8 Pendlay Row

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12-15 Physio/Rage Ball Leg Curl

3 x 12 Barbell Overhead Press

3 x max V-ups/Hanging Knee Raises

 

Conditioning: 30 sec on/30 sec off for 3 total rounds of:

Air Bike

Battle Ropes

Farmer Carry

Kettlebell Swing

Quadruped Hold
