We will be doing a progression run. We are closing in on 6 weeks till Shamrock weekend - let's keep training hard!
1) Pre-run warm-up
2) Progression Run: Groups A&B 45 min, Groups C&D 50 min. Start run at leisure pace, every five minutes - pick up place slightly. By the end, you should be running at or slightly under 5k pace. Use last 10 minutes to cool-down.
- Group A (13:00+)
- Group B (11:00-13:00)
- Group C (9:00 - 11:00)
- Group D (-9:00)
