FFP Running Club - Saturday (2-4-17)

We have some longer intervals tomorrow - getting prepped for the Shamrock half!

 

Workout and goal times are listed below:

 

  • Group A: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.5 mile cool-down.  

                     Workout: 3 x 1000m @5:50-6:20, rest 3:00 between each

 

  • Group B: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.5 mile cool-down.

                     Workout:  3 x 1000m @5:20-5:50, rest 3:00 between each

 

  • Group C: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down. 

                     Workout: 4 x 1000m @4:45-5:20, rest 2:30 between each

  

  • Group D: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down.

                    Workout: 5 x 1000m @4:00-4:45, rest 2:00 between each
