Group Training - Saturday (2-4-17)

Strength: Rest 90 sec between rounds

4 x 8 Barbell Back Squat

4 x 8 Band Pull-ups

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Romanian Deadlift

3 x 12 Dumbbell Bench Press

3 x 10ea Deadbug Progression

 

Conditioning: Tabata (20 sec on/10 sec off) for 3 rounds at each station of:

Battle Ropes 

Air Bike

Walking Lunges

Kettlebell Swing

Farmer Carry

Slam Ball Slam
