FFP Group Training - Monday (2-6-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Conventional/Trap Bar Deadlift

4 x 6 Barbell Close Grip Bench Press 

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Goblet Squat

3 x 12 Reverse Grip Ring Row 

3 x D&B Suitcase Carry

 

Conditioning: Complete 1 full round. Then rest 45 seconds. Complete a total of 3 times.

12 Dumbbell Squat to Press

30 sec Mountain Climbers

12 Med Ball Sit-up

10ea Walking Lunges
