Strength: 

4 x 6 Barbell Sumo Deadlift

4 x 6 Barbell Paused Bench Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Dumbbell (or KB) Front Loaded Squat w/ Pause

3 x 12 Dumbbell Single-Arm Row

3 x 8-10ea Band Pallof Press

 

Conditioning: 5 Rounds for time of:

2 Laps Around Building

30 sec Battle Ropes
