Strength:

4 x 8 Weighted Step-ups

4 x 8 Barbell Row 

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift w/ slow eccentric

3 x 12 Pin/Push-up 

3 x 30 sec Hollow Body Hold

 

Conditioning: 30 sec on/30 sec off for 3 rounds:

Slam Ball Slam

Kettlebell Swing

Sled Pull/Push

Ring Row

Jump Squats (or BW Squats)
