Group Training - Friday (2-10-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Box Squat

4 x 6 Band Chin-up

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 8-10 GHR or Reverse Hyper

3 x 10-12 Paused Pin/BW Push-up

3 x 30-45sec Plank/Weighted

 

Conditioning: As many rounds in 12:00 as possible. Add 2 reps to Wall Ball and Kettlebell Swing every set completed. Keep Inverted Row reps constant throughout.
