We will be meeting at FFP at 6:00 pm and will be continuing our build-up for the Shamrock Half!
1) Pre-run warm-up
2) Workout: Everyone will be running a total of 50 minutes. The first 10 minutes will be used to warm-up and the last 5 minutes will be used to cool-down. The middle 35 minutes is to be run at goal half-marathon pace!
3) Post-run stretch
