4 x 7 Barbell Row 


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Barbell Romanian Deadlift

3 x 12  1 1/2 Rep Pin/Push-up 

3 x 30 sec max Elbows to Knees Crunches


Conditioning: As many rounds as possible in 12:00 of:

D&B Farmer Carry

30 sec Mountain Climbers

12 Reps Squat to Press
