Strength: Rest 90 sec between rounds

4 x 5 Barbell Back Squat

4 x 6 Band Pull-ups


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 8ea Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift

3 x 10 Dumbell Bench Press

3 x 10ea Dead Bugs


Conditioning: Start a new round every 3:00. Repeat for 5 rounds.

10ea Weighted Stationary Lunges/ BW Stationary Lunges
