Group Training - Monday (2-20-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 4 Conventional/Trap Bar Deadlift

4 x 4 Barbell Close Grip Bench Press 

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Paused Goblet Squat

3 x 12 Inverted Row

3 x 10ea Anti-Rotational Band Chop

 

Conditioning: Partner Workout! Can split reps as desired. Both partners must be working simultaneously. 2 Rounds for time of:

3 x Sled Pull/Push - BW Squats

40 Kettlebell Swing - Ropes

30 Slam Ball Slam - Hollow Body Hold
