4 x 4 Barbell Sumo Deadlift

4 x 4 Barbell Paused Bench Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Landmine Front Squat

3 x 12 DB Single-Arm Supinated Row

3 x 20-40sec Side Plank

 

Conditioning: 3 Rounds for time.

10ea Walking Lunges

8 Calories on Air Bike

12 Ring Rows

30sec Weighted Plank/Plank

15 Jump Squats
