Strength:

4 x 6 Weighted Step-ups

4 x 6 Barbell Row 

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Barbell Romanian Deadlift

3 x 10 Standing Landmine Press

3 x max V-ups

 

Conditioning: Tabata (0:20 sec on/0:10 sec off) for 5 rounds at each station before moving onto next station.
