Group Training - Monday (2-27-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 10 Sumo Deadlift

4 x 10 Barbell Bench Press 

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10-12ea Walking/Stationary Lunges

3 x 12-15 Dumbbell Row

3 x 10ea Shoulder Tap Plank/30 sec Plank

 

Conditioning: Complete as many rounds as possible in 3:00 and rest for 1:00. 3-4 rounds.

20 sec Ropes

6ea Single-arm Dumbbell Clean and Press

15 Burpees/Bench Burpees
