Strength: 

4 x 10 Barbell Conventional Deadlift/Trap Bar

4 x 10 Barbell Overhead Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10-12ea Reverse Lunges

3 x 12-15 Dumbbell Row

3 x 30-40sec Plank

 

Conditioning: 3 Rounds for time of:

1 Lap around building 

10 Slam Ball Slams

1 Lap around building

10 Pin Push-ups
