Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12-15 Physio/Rage Ball Leg Curl

3 x 12-15 Dumbbell Overhead Press

3 x D&B Suitcase Carry


Conditioning: 5 rounds of Tabata. 20sec on 10sec off.
