4 x 10 Barbell Back Squat

4 x 10 Band Pull-up

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift

3 x 12-15 Dumbbell Overhead Press

3 x 40 sec Prone Cobra

 

Conditioning: Complete all reps.

30 Slam Ball Shoulder

30 Squat to Press

30 Kettlebell Swing

30 Ring Rows

30 V-Ups
