Group Training - Thursday (3-2-17)

Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4x10 Bulgarian Split Squats

4x10 Band Pull-ups


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3x12 Dumbbell Bench Press

3x12 Romanian Deadlift

3x10ea Stir the Pot


Conditioning: Tabata (20 sec on/10 sec off) for 3 rounds at each station. Then take 30 sec to switch stations. Repaeat until all stations have been completed.

Sled Pull/Push

Battle Ropes

Slam Ball Slam

Air Bike

Medicine Ball Sit-up
