Group Training - Monday (3-6-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 8 Sumo Deadlift

4 x 8 Barbell Bench Press 

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10-12ea Weighted/BW Reverse Lunges

3 x 12-15 Neutral Grip Dumbbell Row

3 x 10ea Stir the Pot

 

Conditioning: EVEN/ODD for 12 minutes:

Even minutes: Kettlebell Swing

Odd minutes: Elbow to Knee Crunches
