FFP Running Club - Wednesday (3-8-17)

Time to start tapering for next weekend's Shamrock races!


We will be doing an easier run and strides:


1) Pre-run drills


2) Group Run + Strides

  • Group A: 40 minutes @ Easy Pace (12:00+) - Run/Walk
  • Group B: 40 minutes @ Easy Pace (10:00 – 12:00)
  • Group C: 40 minutes @ Easy Pace (8:30 – 10:00)
  • Group D: 40 minutes @ Easy Pace (sub 8:30)

 Then, 6 x 100m strides. 


3) Post-run stretch
