3 x 12 Dumbbell Neutral Grip Bench Press

3 x 12 Sumo Romanian Deadlift

3 x 10ea Deadbugs

 

Conditioning: 0:40 on/0:20 off for 12 minutes of:

Bear Crawl

Prone Cobra

Dumbbell Push Press
