Only one week out from Shamrock Weekend! For this reason, we will be continuing our taper and taking it easy this week. We will still be meeting at the track at 7:30 am.
1) Pre-run warm-up
2) Workout: Everyone will be running a total of 45 minutes. The first 15 minutes will be run at at easy pace. The middle 20 minutes will be run at half-marathon pace and the last 10 minutes will be run at an easy pace.
3) Post-run stretch
