Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10-12ea Single-Leg Box Squat

3 x 12 Dumbbell Reverse Grip Row

3 x max Hanging Knee Raises/Lying Leg Raises

 

Conditioning: EMOM for 12:00/16:00 of:

D&B Sled

12 Wall Ball

15 Push-up/Pin

40 sec Ropes
