Strength: 

4 x 6 Barbell Conventional Deadlift/Trap Bar

4 x 6 Barbell Overhead Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10-12ea Weighted/BW Stationary Lunges

3 x 12 Ring Row

3 x 10ea Dead Bugs

 

Conditioning: Complete all reps. (Time cap 15:00)

3 Rounds-

15 Kettlebell Swings

15 Squat to Press

15 Burpees/Bench Burpee

10 Calories on Air Bike

45 sec Plank
