For everyone who is racing this weekend (yay!!), you will continue to taper. Everyone who is not racing racing, you will be running a little longer :)

If you are racing this weekend, do a 30 minute EASY run with 4 x 100m strides afterward. Everyone else, run for 45-50 minutes and then complete 6 x 100m strides.
3) Post-run stretch
