Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4 x 8 Bulgarian Split Squats

4 x 8 Band Pull-ups

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12-15 Rage Ball Leg Curl

3 x 12 Standing Landmine Press

3 x 10ea Birddog 

 

Conditioning: Modified tabata (0:40 on/0:20 off) for 3 rounds at each station, then switch stations.

Harness Sled Drag

Wall Sit

V-Ups/Elbows to Knees

KB/DB Clean and Press
