Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Back Squat

4 x 6 Band Pull-up


Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Weighted/ BW Reverse Lunges

3 x 12-15 Neutral Grip Dumbell Bench Press

3 x max ea Single Leg Glute Bridge


Conditioning: 21-15-9 reps (1st round - 21 reps, 2nd round - 15 reps, 3rd round - 9 reps) of:

Slam Ball Shoulder

Ring Rows

Kettlebell Swing

Med Ball Sit up
