Strength: Rest 90 sec between rounds

4 x 6 Barbell Paused Back Squat

4 x 6 Barbell Close Grip Bench Press


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Sumo Romanian Deadlift

3 x 12 Single Arm Ring Rows

3 x 12-15 Hip Thrust


Conditioning: Perform exercises for 2:30, followed by 0:30 of rest. Repeat 5 times for a total of 15:00.

6 V-Ups

8 Inverted Row

10 Kettlebell Swings

12 Goblet/BW Squats
