Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 7ea Weighted/Step-ups

4 x 8 Rack Chin


Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 GHR or Reverse Hyper

3 x 10 Landmine SA Press

3 x 30sec Plank/Weighted


Conditioning: Start a new round every 3:00. Repeat for a total of five rounds.

12 Medicine Ball Sit-ups (Touch wall)

30 sec Mountain Climbers
