Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Bulgarian Split Squats

4 x 6 Band Pull-ups


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 GHR or Reverse Hyper

3 x 10 Pin Push-ups 

3 x max Hanging Knee Raises/V-Ups 


Conditioning: 4 Rounds for time of: 

1 Trip - Bear Crawl 

D&B Farmer Carry

12 Slam Ball Shoulder
