Group Training - Friday (3-23-17)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

(Pre) Work up to: Box Jump for Max Height

4 x 4 Barbell Back Squat

4 x 4 Band Pull-up

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Front Foot Elevated Lunges

3 x 10 DB Chest Supported Rows 

3 x max Barbell Roll-outs

 

Conditioning: Sled relay x 10ea person. If time remaining, then complete 50 Prone Cobra and 50 Elbows to Knees.
