Group Training - Tuesday (3-28-17)

Strength: 

4 x 3 Barbell Conventional Deadlift/Trap Bar

4 x 4 Barbell Overhead Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Single-Leg Box Squat/Assisted Pistol Squat

3 x 12 Chest Supported Row

3 x 10ea Shoulder Tap Plank

 

Conditioning: 

First 2:00- Partner Resisted Sprints (Harness)

Second 2:00 - Switch Roles

Third 2:00 - 8 Slam Ball Slams + 8 Slam Ball Shoulder (keep alternating)

Fourth 2:00 - Mountain Climbers (if break, do 5 burpees)

Fifth 2:00 - 8 Kettlebell Clean + 8 Kettlebell Swing (keep alternating)

Sixth 2:00 - Battle Ropes (single rope)
