Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6ea Weighted Step-ups

4 x 8 Rack Chin

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 GHR or Reverse Hyper

3 x 10 Seated Dumbbell Overhead Press

3 x 30sec Side Plank

 

Conditioning: 40 sec on/20 sec off for a total of 12 minutes:

Sled Drag

Battle Ropes
