Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Weighted Front Foot Elevated Lunges

3 x 10 DB SA Chest Supported Rows 

3 x max Barbell Roll-outs


Conditioning: Three Rounds of Tabata 20sec/10sec.
