Group Training - Saturday (4-1-17)

Strength: Rest 90 sec between rounds

4 x 3 Barbell Paused Back Squat

4 x 3 Barbell Close Grip Bench Press


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 8 Pendlay Row

3 x 12 GHR Back Extension OR Reverse Hyper

3 x 30 sec Plank/Weighted


Conditioning: Compete as many rounds as possible for 3:00, then rest 1:00. Complete a total of 4 times (16:00). 

10 Slam Ball Shoulder

10 Push-ups

1 Trip Bear Crawl
